Similar to the first film, hit-or-miss jokes tend to force the plot to take a backseat. The plot itself is fine, and is more interesting than the original’s love story. However, the execution is flawed. Too much is focused on throwing as many vulgar jokes out there and hoping that at least some of them get a laugh. It’s similar to the “Family Guy” cartoon in many ways. The characters are all likable, but are at times a little too unrealistic to identify with. Despite that, there are moments that will stir your emotions. There are some fun cameos, inducing a few that many geeks will love. If you enjoyed the film, you may want to stay after the credits for another scene.
